Mom's On the Move ride: This ride for women only, but not just mom's.  A 10% discount for baby sitting has been arranged at Right Time Kids (www.righttimekids.com) that is nearby on Durant Road.  The ride will leave from Trek Bicycles of Raleigh.

Thur 9:00 AM 25+ 14-16 margot knepp 303-2185 Apex Community Center Parking lot No drop ride. Call to see if ride is a go, depending on the temp and precip. Won't ride in the rain. Good ride for retirees and 2nd shifters. Please no hammers.

17 Tempo: Organized tempo ride of 17-18 mph
15-16: This is a spin ride for beginners and those wanting a slower evenly paced group. Cue sheets provided for all our Saturday rides.

Cary		 Come and enjoy your Sunday morning ride with Todd. This is our most popular ride with huge groups of fun riders every Sunday. A well established ride. Plan to average 16 plus with this group. If the quicker tempo is not what you are looking for...we split into 2 groups along the way.
