23 Sat 8:30 30 & 64 Any Tom Sheffield 919-847-8479 Pleasant Union School The Road Dog Rally is open to everyone; no registration fee; no sag wagon nor route sweeps; and no on course feed zones (SAG stops). Both routes are out-and-back on Bike Route 1, with convenience stores for breaks at the turn-around points. Cue sheets will be provided.

You are welcome to join me on approx 100k / 3 hour steady Sunday rides from Wake Forest starting this Sunday, Sept 24. 
Hoping for steady effort, smooth turns at the front, no jumps and/or surges up hills.  1 quick stop 1/2 way.  (I'm looking to burn fat and maintain some condition through the winter.)

I will roll by the parking lot at 7:30 and do a 50 minute loop that will give us an extra 15
