Come and enjoy your Sunday morning ride with Todd. This is our most popular ride with huge groups of fun riders every Sunday. A well established ride. Plan to average 16 plus with this group. If the quicker tempo is not what you are looking for...we split into 2 groups along the way.

Zonda Hillman     Informal/pick up ride for those who prefer to ride at a more relaxed pace, enjoy themselves and support one another.  New cyclists are welcomed or returning cyclists may use this group as a springboard to increase their skills then advance to faster groups. At least one person will ride at the pace of the slowest rider.  We may split up into two groups to accommodate everyone.  Ride pace and distance may increase as the season progresses.  You will need to check our website to see when and where we are riding, see http://www.SlowSpokes.net or NCBC community forum, subcultures, Slow Spokes  at http://forum.ncbikeclub.info 

Beginner:  6 - 15 miles, 9-10 mph
D:  20 - 40 miles 10-12 mph
